This afternoon I was relating some biker party girls stories to my buddies, who have waited all week for me to spill the beans about my experience with easy rider girls.
Now, the “experience” I’m talking about doesn’t have much to do with cavorting around leather sofas with black biker chicks dancing in the background.
It has something to do with keeping a steady hand and a cool head while hot look-alikes of girls of outlaw biker continue to brush up to you “accidentally” during a nude bikers photo shoot, and trying to make you say “biker honey” while you’re trying to focus on the task of taking close up photos of a gorgeous biker honey who could be a hot biker wife.
I learned a classic rookie photographer lesson the other day while doing a sizzling (and I do mean sizzling) shoot for a bike promotion. I’m not talking about a biker shoot with salesmen lining up bikes for us to photograph. I’m talking about easy rider girls looking great in leather biker chaps and not much else.
Can I keep a secret from motorcycle honeys?
The lesson has something to do with how to take better biker chick pics while enduring several not-so-obvious hit-ons from nude bikers and biker party girls.
It’s not an easy feat, particularly if it’s pretty obvious that girls can tell I’m new at dealing with biker models and naked biker girls. The first lesson I learned was how to say “yes I have a girlfriend” and act like it’s true.
Seriously, how can girls tell that a guy doesn’t have a girlfriend? It’s just one of the mysteries of life I want to figure out in the future.
The good news is that getting exposed to easy rider girls can definitely make you a better camera wielder. Just like writing in extreme conditions makes you a better writer. So, just like that, I learned how to keep my cool during a hot shoot, even when everyone around can tell how new I am at this.
